Our challenge is to “get to the front of the line” in terms of technological change. Get to the front of the line. Embrace the advantages and positives that technology brings to your leadership and business. Embrace it, build a better business and/ or career. If you don’t maybe your competitors will. Maybe you will be disrupted from outside.
