I mentor and coach a number of executives at varying levels and one of the biggest commonalities is their frustration is in communication. Unclear communications create the bed for confusion and that confusion leads to conflict. More times than most of us care to acknowledge. And most of us accept this as a normal cost of doing business. Poor communication that leads to poor execution which leads to frustration which leads to cultural impacts. Worse case scenario it kills companies.
